Gardiner of England — Trade Price Guide 2026

Use the search box in the top bar to look up a unit by code, description, category, or by a door range name (e.g. "Imola", "Bethersden", "Clerkenwell"). Searching a door range highlights that finish's price on every matching card.
Search matches any part of a word, and you can type more than one word in any order — e.g. "high base" or "base high" will both find Highline Base Units.
Use the unit type and category drop-downs to browse a whole group at a time — e.g. all Base Units, or just Highline Singles — without typing anything.
Use Door range in the top bar to show only units actually available in a specific door range (e.g. Cranbrook, Imola). This applies across Lay On, Handle-less, In Frame and Decor Accessories together, and stays selected as you move between them.
Search and filters work together, so you can narrow a category down further with a keyword.

Each card shows the unit code, description, dimensions (H · W · D), min/max depth where applicable, and whether the unit is handed.
All available finishes and prices are listed under All prices & finishes, in alphabetical order. Only finishes actually priced for that unit are shown.
If a trade discount has been entered, each price shows the list price alongside the customer's actual buying price in bold — that bold figure is what they pay.
Where a Legrabox or Dovetail drawer box surcharge applies, it's shown at the foot of the card and should be added to the list price shown.
Any sales notes for that unit appear in italics at the bottom of the card.

These two ranges are shown as a table rather than cards, so you can see far more items on a page.
Decor Accessories shows how many door ranges an item is priced in — tap ▾ to open the row and see every door range and price for that item at once.
Searching a door range name (e.g. "Bethersden") opens and highlights that price automatically on every matching row.
Accessories has one list price per item. Where an item has a sales note, tap the i icon to open it — this works on touch and desktop alike.

Units are shown four to a page, matching the layout of the printed price book. Use ← Prev / Next → or type a page number to jump directly.
Use Print this page to print the four cards currently on screen — handy for taking a single unit's pricing to a customer.
The Contents page always brings you back to the range list; each range remembers your last search and filters while you move between sections.

Enter a customer's trade discount in the Trade discount % box in the top bar. Every price throughout the guide then shows the list price alongside their actual buying price.
Tap the + next to any price to add that exact item, finish and price to your quote.
Where a unit has a Legrabox or Dovetail drawer box upgrade available, a checkbox appears on its line in the Quote tab — tick it to add that surcharge into the price for that line, or leave it unticked for the standard drawer box.
Open the Quote tab to review items, adjust quantities, remove lines, and see a running total at list and discounted price.
Use Print quote on the Quote tab to print a copy to give to the customer.
Use Save quote… to download the quote as a file — pick it back up later, on this device or another, with Load quote…. Nothing is saved automatically, so save before closing if you want to come back to it.

Handed Unit is handed left/right — confirm orientation with your Designer.
